I currently reside in the SA1 postcode area of Swansea. It really is a nice area to live in. Close to a great city, great coast and countryside, plus excellent road links to other part od the UK.

In 2023 I ventured back to main land Europe when

I went to catch up with friends in Austria, and also

dipped my toe in to the country of Slovinia. I really had a great time enjoying the beautiful views.

I am planning another get away this year as I hit the big 50.

A new section of my website is a reviews section, do check it out. I will be adding all sorts of reviews over time.

I'm a sufferer of FIBROMYALGIA, it really hits me for six, I can get flare ups without warning. Think of Fibro as an amplifier of pain, as well as giving fog to your brain!. This combined with Ankylosing Spondylitis makes life difficult and interesting to navigate, never knowing what and when it will strike. I have already had to give up one thing that I love, my LIVE radio shows on Swansea's own community radio station, SA Radio Live. There comes a time when you have to listen to your body and do what is best for you and others.
